Explanation / Answer
I believe that an important factor that I need to improve in order to be more successful in the professional world is the willingness to learn and accept new things which is actually required because with the advancement of technology it is becoming quite obvious that the employees need to accept the latest technologies and develop the way they do their work. So, I would make sure to attend trainings and learn approaches which will help me sustain.
The traits which I feel would benefit an employer are:
Adaptability and flexibility which I have displayed in my professional career and field of work and helped the organization grow in the industry for their betterment and development as well.
Loyalty is something that I have always displayed and believed and that is the reason I have been loyal to the work I do and to the organization for which I work.
Ability to work independently, as I do not require the care or assistance or guidance of any individual while I work in the process.
