This is to informed you all that you all should follow the following new policies in the organisation    1 Dress code policy - all staff member should wear decent cloths in the organization and the cloth should be clean and iron

2 Cell Phone use – It is seen in the organization that all employees regularly  uses their smart phone that leads to the loss of production in  organization so you should put switched off your smartphone or cell phone during working hours and it is nt permitted to use the phone of employee during working hours

3 Break time – All employee should switched off all the machine and fan during break time and they should switched off all electronic devices during break time and when not necessary

4 Personal use of computer – Employees should treat their personal use of computer as their own computer and not use it wrong manner and be responsible for the uses of their personal computer

My oral communication should be same as the written communication because communication is a process in which we understand the word of speaker In oral communication also it is necessary so I would use oral as well as written communication in the same manner and focused on the thing is that my employee obey my policies in the organization

communication is act of conveying the intended meaning from one person to another or groups , through mutually understood language . there should be a reason for communication . Words play a major role in communication as with them only we can transfer our intended message . Verbal transfer of mesage can be done though both oral and written form,

Oral communication is the oldest form of communication and is most common method to exchange information while written communication is formal kind of communication for exchange of information . it is used for legal purposes .

it is always necessary that something that needs to be fulfilled , it should be in written form so that there is a proof of the same.Thus it is necessary to have things with us in written form. There is no proof of oral communication and is therefore not considered valid in many cases.

WRITTEN ORAL COM Immediate feedback is not required immediate feedback is required it has less directness it is direct &message is easy understood it faces more barriers to communication it faces less bariers the audience of message is vast audience of message is less in comparisomn to written communication it is more costly, as it involves paper, pen and many other things it is cheap
