The organisation that we would be considering here is Indiamart Intermesh limited. The vision of the organisation is to provide world class services in holistic terms that is end to end wherein the customer and the Supplier can do business seamlessly and the complete end to end business related solutions are provided as a complete market place.
Core ideology is to be as ethical as possible and make use of best quality technical infrastructure so as to ensure a seamless experience is given to the client.
Yes the vision helps to drive change as ethical considerations are getting unfiltered in the system and that change in the way a business is conducted to create an end to end market place is something that is really remarkable and appreciable.
It is not a PR exercise rather it is used in the day to day professional life and is a part of the working culture at Indiamart. I being an employee of the organisation has witnessed this change and have adapted to the same.
