This is a case in which there are various premises based on which decisions need to be taken because first of all the hospital in which my client has treated a patient is located right at the border of Indiana and Illinois and my client has the license to practice medicine in the state of Indian. Again, the patient's condition was critical because the patient was in the emergency room of the hospital based on which, as a doctor my client has done a ethical job because a delay may have deteriorated the situation of the patient. The fine therefore is unconstitutional and unethical as well for the doctor to be charged.
