Additionally, provide, at a minimum, three different IAS-related positions that you would be interested in. example Cyber Security Analyst, IT Security Manager, and Cyber Security Manager What are the skills required? Do you possess them at this time?( I do not posses the skills as of yet) What steps are you planning to obtain those specific skills.

The site that I have selected is indeed.
The advantages of indeed are: (i) Advanced search function – Indeed provides with an advanced search option besides its clear interface. The search function has built in Boolean and so one can search either on the basis of salary or on the basis of geography. (ii) Job alerts – Indeed does away with the requirement of job search altogether by its alert function. An individual registered with indeed will get regular alerts with regards to his profile and application. (iii) Current trend and research – Indeed provides information on current trends, job postings data on a per capita basis, information with regards to industry employment trends etc.
In terms of disadvantages the primary disadvantage of indeed is that its application process is not streamlined. Indeed pulls the job listings from various sources and so in several cases users are redirected towards other search sites. The absence of one-click application process is a serious disadvantage with indeed.
IAS stands for information assurance and security. Three different IAS related positions that I would be interested in are – Information assurance security specialist, Information assurance and cyber security threat analyst, Cyber info assurance analyst. The skills required for these posts are the following – working knowledge of IA tools for network monitoring and vulnerability management, ability to develop SOPs and effective written procedures, ability to multi-task, strong communication skills, and ability to provide technical and analytical guidance.
To obtain these specific skills I will enroll myself in certified courses to augment my skills in this field. I already have a bachelor’s degree in computer science and hence will need to hone my skills especially for the purpose of information assurance. I can also take up part time assignments to get a practical understanding of these skills and develop and sharpen them accordingly.
