Being an effective leader is an important part of your EI, especially in your professional life.  Think of a few ways you have been able to lead by example, both personally and professionally.  Share at least one of these examples with the class. Include information about the role communication played.

i always help others and do my job by spec and show others that it isn't hard. personally I have a lead my example by showing my sister and kids that you can still succeed by having a child young. I have two degrees and my kids and sister look up to me
