Step 2: Research
You will do extensive research on the two leaders using primary and secondary source material. Primary sources is an original source that includes an eyewitness account, document, video, speeches, interview, podcasts, survey, statistical data, direct knowledge of a situation, Internet communication, blogs, listservs, news article, or legal document. A secondary source include scholarly journals, newspapers, articles that discusses or assesses primary sources. For this project, the use of primary sources will have a focus on gaining an understanding of each leaders’ perspective on leadership and on the job of the leader. The use of primary source material is required for this project.

1. Sheryl Sandberg :- An American activist, born on 28th August 1969 in Washington. She is the COO of Facebook and also the founder of Leanin (a global community for helpng women to achieve their ambitions). Her name was also came in the Time Magazine to become one of the most influencing people in the world. She joined Facebook in the year 2008 as COO.
Andrew Bagrin :- He is the founder and CEO of My digital Shield (now named Omninet). Being a experienced person at the IT sector, Andrew founded My digital Shield (a provider of Security as a service for the small industries). His aim is to provide a good security for the existing gaps in an affordable cost. So that small scale industries can also be benefitted.
2. Leadership qualities of Sheryl Sandberg :-
When Sheryl was hired as a COO of Facebook in 2008, she quickly started to find ways to make Facebook profitable. She insisted Mark to advertise Facebook, later on 2010 it became profitable. She supports team effort, and is very much attached with every team she members. She also encourages the female profesionals to to achieve their dreams. Bacause of her compassionate nature, Sheryl as an activist founded Leanin which actually gives a full support to women for achieving their ambitions, worldwide. One of the best qualities of Sheryl is that she never feared of becoming a failure, she always aims for big.
Leadership qualities of Andrew Bagrin :-
Like Sheryl, Andrew also dreamt of big, so he left his job in the corporate world to become an entrepreneur. He is a quick learner and works with simplicity. AS he was not afraid of failing, he took a bold decision of founding My Digital Shield. Later, an unique idea came in his mind to fill up the security gaps of the small scale companies who cannot afford high costs. Being a constant motivator himself, he took this big step in his life, though he was not fully ready to face challenges. His best quality is to be organized all the time.
3. Sheryl's Vision and mision :-
Her vision is to bring positiveness in every woman's life and helps them to achieve their ambitions. Her mission is to reach every women and for that she started her website and wrote a book.
Andrew's vision and mission :-
Andrew's main vision is to help small scale companies to fillup their security gaps in an affordable range.
4. How they implemented :-
Sheryl -
After becoming one of the powerful women in the world, Sheryl wrote a book named "Lean In" to inspire womens to achieve their dreams. She has dreamt of helping other women to achieve their goals and for that she became activist. She started her mission through the website same named as her book, Lean in. She is spreading accross 160 countries in the world and inspire people to come out of their comfort zone to achieve goal with hard work.
Andrew :-
To complete his vision, Andrew researched 5 long years and founded Omninet. By this, he developed a less cost network through which companies can get their security services to fillup the gaps. As no one was interested in small scale industries so he took the initiative to help those entrepreneurs. And at the right time he put his ideas in the market in an approaching way.
