5.1 The main reason to buy a watch today is mainly for its look, how stylish, color etc. There was a time, people used to buy watches only for checking time, now that aspect is completely changed, after the entry of the mobile phones, completely changed the watch culture. Now we can inspect the time in watch, hence no need to spend more money on watch. But even though people are purchasing watch, because of only looks, and style. Wearing a watch can provide good look, it can also use while doing gym. In gym we can wear smart watches, it will measure all our data on calories, which we burn, it will also provide normal time and temperature etc. So we can handle watches, better than mobile phone, due to this small in size and can wear in hand. While playing football, running completion, and all other sports are need to finish in a stipulated time, by wearing a watch, can make it is very easy.

5.2 Customers has very different motivation for low price watches and high price watches, main thing is quality, high price luxury watch always will give a superiority feeling in front of friends and family, it can also provide best quality than low price watches. And high price watches always have re-sale value, and the same time, low price watches, very hard to resale. Advertising has a very keen role in promoting high value watches in the market. Watches advertised by movie stars, sports stars have very good demand in market. It is mainly because of the popularity of these stars and their connection to the society. There is a direct correlation between advertisement and demand in watch sale.

5.3, Markets usually conduct a market research to find out customers current trends and taste, they produce the watches according their finding. They also approach famous sports stars, singers and movie stars to advertise their product. It is due to their connection to the society, companies exploit these behavioral trends to sell their product. Using catchy or completely different caption can motivate lot of people to buy the product. The best example is Apple’s 1984 advertisement, for Macintosh personnel computers, the words like the “Here to the crazy ones”, “why 1984 is different” and the back ground scenes, created a positive impact in the market. Apple went on to sell Nos: 72000, Macintosh computers in 100 days. It was double than the predicted sale.
