Lack of acceptance and respect is one of the common conflict experienced by people that might occur during each stage of team Dev.
Acceptance and respect is important to get success, when there is lack of acceptance and respect, in diversity team, we can see conflicts in team, sometimes we can observe violence, it will collapse team.
WheWhen people respect and accept others opinions and ideas, they can share ideas and create effective collaboration.
We can reduce conflicts in diversity team by following some methods, those are listed below
