I am the manager of a large imaging department in a healthcare system. We would like to recommend the need of 3D mammography for the upcoming market demand for the same.
We would like to use the SVAR concept as bellow
Situation: The need for the mammography is increasing and many patients are in need of the mammography tests. Thus in order to make the good revenue for our healthcare investigation unit, we need to have the 3D mammography facility so that we can capture the growing demand of Mammography and support customers. There are many cases for which patients use to go to other investigation firms for the mammography tests.
Background: Most of doctors need the mammography tests for their analysis and investigation. We have good contact with physicians, who wants to have mammography tests for most of their patients, If we have the test facility, then most of the doctors and physicians are willing to send customers to our facility. Thus the market demand for this test is high and competition is low and many stations do not have this test facility.
Assessment: The need of this test is going to increase because this test is better option for patients than actual body part test process. In this process the scanning is carried out and no impact on the body. Thus looking at the current market scenario mammography tests will be highly useful for patients and will become common tests for the patients.
Recommendation: We would like to recommend as below
· We need to have the test facility for the mammography tests, this will have high customer flow for the health unit station and the station will have high advantage due to this mammography test facility.
· The investment for the facility will be covered in a period less than 6 months , then later it will be profit making unit for the firm.
