#1 What do you believe should be done concerning a team member who monopolizes every meeting? What if this monopolizer is the team leader?

A monopolizer needs to be made aware of the issues or mess he/ she is creating in the team, it’s implicit or explicit results among team members, and team performance/ decision making, individual’s concern and thinking and how everything is getting affected. Of course monopolizing will have it’s negative effects, as others won’t be able to grow or even sustain in such environment.
If such monopolizer becomes a team leader, then only his/ her decision, thought process, would have to be worked among whole team, which can further lead to any kind of distress or imbalance, attrition problems, financial down performance etc.

Analytics management is highly trendy in healthcare, in context of inventory management, patients’ diagnosis and report management etc. as due to huge data of number of patients, records of every health issues and diseases they had/ having in current and possibly to develop in future, are now being analysed by various experts and doctors to give a predictive diagnosis and prescriptive analytics to suggest possible remedies to avoid/ treat the diseases.
The one which is not trendy is administration management in healthcare, as it is mostly human based, needs face to face interaction and implementation and hence, machine learning/ analytics won’t be of much help in this case.

Disruptive Innovation example is emerging and marketing of Light emitting diodes LED bulbs, compared to traditional light bulbs. Benefit in terms of innovation- more compact, portable, less power consumption, durable, reliable in operation, safer, economic cost, hence gained wider recognition and demand in the market nowadays.
Although LED bulbs have been existing since more 40 years from today, but they became highly commercialised and used in residential/ industrial/ commercial applications since last 10-15 years and since, they have gained much significant demand. Last 10-15 years have been crucial and time of rapid developing economies in terms of various residential and industrial projects like Manufacturing/ Power generation/ Real estate/ Hospitality etc., hence time for gaining significant demand was absolutely right and it’s still going on with more pace, especially in developing and under developed countries, where Businesses and Individuals have realised it’s value for money.
