Virtual teams are becoming more common in the business environment; however, most managers have little experience or training in how to direct those teams. Team managers, as well as team members, have specific challenges to address. So how do they do it?
Synthesize and create a strategy that you would use as the manager of a virtual team. Consider the variables that can affect a virtual team, such as time zones; language barriers; social, religious, and cultural beliefs; and team diversity. Prepare a substantive response to the following:
Analyze the potential challenges a virtual Capsim team can face. Then, create a strategy for how a team manager can address those challenges using a team charter.

a group of people who belongs to defferent regions of the globe, work together for a common goal is called virtual teams. They communicate with each other with help of e-mails, fax or through any electronic mode and exchange the information with in the team. In common sence, the challanges of virtual team includes:
It is difficult to managers and the management to address all these issues and make them to work as a team. Even though there are many difficulties and issues, all these people work together and achieves the targets and goals. By considering the limitations, the team members share their work and succesfully complete it.
As i said above, the team members must cooperate with each other by understanding their role in the team and also the limitations of the team. the people who have clrear idea about all these, may support others and lend their help to all. The management must create such kind of environment, and the target or goal they set for themself runs the people together.
