Companies I visited have lifted their vacancy on the other portal. There is only information available the job but the detailed information is not available. Information about the pay grade and location should have been included into the description at the website.

For the first company there was enough information to get an idea of the job but for the second company the information was not appropriate as there were many doubts regarding location and the other factor. Hence while leaving the website I was a bit confused about the second option to work for the company.
First company was much easier to apply on a mobile device as the website mobile friendly and the forms but easily filling up on the mobile itself but the second company was not that mobile friendly and only compatible with the computer browser.
First company's website was very intuitive and the colours and overall appearance for the website with the images for very good. This type of website provided very positive approach for work but the second website was low on images and low quality images as well as unformatted website quant and articles left a bad impact on me.
As a manager I would recommend diesel site to use very high quality image system as well as to provide adequate Virtual tour for the workplace and an explanatory information about the jobs that were being provided by the company. Micropyle providing a motivating message about the job and having in flight overview of the job profile would be appropriate for both of the companies to improve their overall productivity as well as efficiency.
