2. The steps that needs to be taken in order to make the process better are:

a. The instruments needs to calibrated keeping a standard reference of nearly 100 precision which will make better calibration.

b. The data generated needs to be compared with some existing data and the differences needs to be noted for better performance and evaluation.

c. Technically sound processes needs to be implemented for better results and outcome.
