A community that is well diverse and inclusive is one where individual members embrace the differences among them while also respecting the different perspectives, core values, and approaches of other groups in their community. While generally, differences breed conflict, it is worth noting that a community that embraces diversity enjoys a holistic and value- enriched way of life (Kauffman, 2015).
Structure
The community must focus on creating strong community systems that will act as the framework for managing diversity to foster a system that encourages diversity and equality for all groups. A proper structure will include an all-inclusive leadership with equal representations from each group. The community should, therefore, establish a leadership structure that they feel represents their interests and each group will present its representatives to the leadership committee. A thriving community is that which has efficient social systems with core values that are respected by every member of the community (Kauffman, 2015). The community should, therefore, embark on building a value system that is acceptable to all the four groups. To achieve this, all groups must come together, with a unity of purpose aimed at establishing a common value system.
Religious-based groups have their values based on their beliefs (Kauffman, 2015). A proper starting position would be to identify, embrace the similar values across the four groups and these will act as the community's core values. Mainstream values across the religions such as compassion, honesty, philanthropy, and peace will form the baseline. The community will then focus on tackling the differences between them. Each group will present its different perspectives and opinions, and all the groups will identify which differences are tolerable and those that can be incorporated in the value system. The process will also facilitate understanding between each group will be crucial in alleviating any negative prejudices harbored between them.

A well inclusive community ensures that every group in the community has the space of practicing their beliefs and activities freely while still acknowledging the existence of other groups in the community. Each faith group in the community will, therefore, have its space to practice their culture and beliefs.
