e- learning can significantly reduce the trainign cost and time. It can be accessed from anywhere and there is no requirement for a dedicated tutor, and other class rooms for classes. Thus in future it can replace the class room training to a freat extent. Anyhow classrooms trainings are more interactive in nature and there are some other advantages like it can cover more deep than the e-learning clases and clarificy and clear the doubts more accuratley. Because of this charecterisitcs classroom trainings cannot be completely replaced but it will reduce as technologies evolve.

b: Career success is all about gaining more learning along with earning, capability to growup in the organisation based on the experience and capabilities, understand the requirement of clients nd organisation and work accordinglt with a colloborative mind. Career success should be sustainable in nature with societial focus and also for the vneironmental good cause. It should be based on the ethics and values and should not compromise on that at any cost.. Gradually moving to a senior leadership role and should have the skill set to manage/ lead people by example, analysing economic and market conditions and enhancing the capability to take decision which will create a win-win situation.

c: Manager can evalue the outplacement service through their quality of work, ability to drive the process, creating more business and customer satisfaction, fulfilment of work on time, continous imprvement and value added activities analysis. The manager can also evaluate the on performance basis or improvement of process based on earlier stage bs the current stage.
