Third step includes the process of finishing and shipping the cloth to the distributor. In this step, the cloth is purified and cleaned through singing, desizing, scouring, bleaching and Mercerization. This process makes the cloth ready through making it fine, smooth and in a proper size for making the T-shirt and finally, the T-shirts are ready as according to the requirement. Fifth step includes the process of shipping the finished product to the warehouse and finally from warehouses to the storefront as according to the requirement of the retailers who finally sell the T-shirt to the customers.

Second, I would prepare the advertisement as according to the job requirement and third, I would like to publicize it either in the newspaper or through a job consulting firm. Further, I would like to shortlist the candidates as according to the specification and will call them for further process.
