Game theory refers to set of perceptions aimed towards efficient decision making observed under specified rules pertaining to competition, cooperation, interdependence and conflict related situations encountered in competition. Thus it implements effective strategy games which indeed facilitates to represent a situation where two or more participants are faced with choices of action by which each may gain or lose depending on what others decide to do or not to do.
The final outcome of a game theory is determined mutually through strategies selected by all participants. Thus these are also referred as situations of uncertainty because participants are actually for sure not aware what the other participants are going to decide.
