Money isn't the only thing that motivates, and a kind word doesn't cost a thing. Here's your chance to make someone's day. When you are out shopping this week, or eating out, or if you receive great customer service anywhere, take the time to let the employee and his/her manager know about it.

how you went about doing it. (Did you fill out a survey or call the manager, etc.) In addition,

Issues that might be seen cropping up with having mushrooming bakeries per year at the rate of three, would be directly proportional to hiring more resources and the exorbitant cost of luxurious and lucrative ambience of a cake shop with a fancy brand name and customer attraction . Also the market research has to be vivid in terms of understanding the declining times as in when people often have switching penchant and might like to explore different delicacies and food items and not all does have a sweet tooth. Hence the over expansion might result into more of waste cost and stagnant business.

A manager’s job is to have a motivated employee, with or without optimized profit making. Especially in service area. There are trainings in house in place, that fails to achieve the customer satisfaction inspite of a lot of employee grooming. There is no employee who is doing better in his job is he is himself not motivated from within. That’s exactly where a manager plays a role in deriving that spark in his employees who should be naturally driven towards best service without always having a goal and “carrot and stick” approach implemented.

Its always beneficial and best on ROI in the larger picture to have a customer leave with an immense smile and thus in turn go back promoting on the behalf of your service business to his surrounding and thus creating an environment of natural marketing and promotion. There is where lies the biggest target of a a manager to shape today in order to design future. A motivated employee is a best resource.
