Question
This week, using your homework assignment from last week (your proposal you wrote for your supervisor on whether to purchase the training modules you evaluated), create two evaluation instruments for one of the training modules that you reviewed last week. First, create a pretest that you would give your trainees prior to taking the training. Then, create a Level 2 or Level 3 instrument that shows what the trainees learned after taking the training. Explain how you would measure the gains your trainees achieved from the training. (For more on the levels, see Table 6.1, page 239, of your textbook.) Your submission to the Dropbox should include a title page with your name and pertinent information, your explanation section on how you will measure the gains, and two instruments (i.e., questionnaires, quizzes, survey forms, manager feedback, etc.). The instruments should be copy ready, in that whoever would fill out the instrument (i.e., the trainee or the manager) should be able to do so based on your submission. In other words, don’t just tell what your instrument would be; create the instrument. See the lecture for more information on this as well. If you use a tool like Surveymonkey™ (not required but allowed), you can provide the link to the live survey as your instrument(s). If you don’t use a tool like Surveymonkey™, then you will need to create a paper copy of your instrument for your instructor to grade. Be sure to publish your survey if you create one, and make the link live for your professor to be able to access and grade

Training & Evaluation
In the last week assignment, it is decided that hiring an expert would be most appropriate for organizations rather than video training way. In the last week report, it is suggested of supervisor that traditional way of training as hiring an expert would be appropriate for an organization to enhance knowledge, skills and ability of workers. Training from video is a technical way but it is more effective in the case of study and increase theoretical knowledge but in the current situation, practical knowledge required for improvement in employees, so it's recommended that hire an expert way more appropriate rather than video training technique (Jaszay & Dunk, 2003).
Supervisor firstly creates a pretest that would help it to understand trainees’ priorities to taking the training. In addition, before starting the training firstly supervisor is tacking of the employees related to training. It will help the supervisor to understand view of employees regarding the training and their weak areas that should be covered during training. In this process, the supervisor is creating Level 2 or Level 3 instruments that indicates trainees what are the purpose of this training session and benefits of them.
Level 2 Instrument: Level 2 instruments represent measures and how can trainees achieved them during the training (Jones & Chen, 2012). Moreover, both level instruments are effective of the trainees to understand the basic requirement and the importance of this training and the way of training, so they try to involve in training.
Level 3 Instrument: Furthermore, supervisor creates submission those include a title page with participant name, information and explanation section related to measuring the gains and two instruments (i.e., survey and manager feedback). The instruments copy should be ready and given by the trainee and the manager to fill out the instrument, on the basis of submission to gain from training will be evaluated accurately (Bhugra & Malik, 2011). Furthermore after then supervisor will need to create a paper copy of the participant instrument for instructors to give them a grade.
In addition, supervisor conducts a survey through questionnaires from trainees regarding the training module and effectiveness of training and trainer's ability to train them. It also collected feedback from managers regarding the training contribution into the improvement of employees and trainees. Manager feedbacks and survey from trainees’ helps supervisors to evaluate the benefits of the training module through hire an expert option (Jaszay & Dunk, 2003). It will be sure to publish surveys and link it from manager feedback for access professor and expert ability to train trainees.
