Criteria: The topic is improving patient flow within a healthcare facility regarding appointments for new and current patients

The general criteria for the course project are as follows:

3.Define and assess alternative solutions, and make a recommendation

Description of flow chart:

This flow chart summarizes the details of the problems of health care sector and the ways through which the problems are tackled. In the flow chart first of all the approvals of orders are taken from the health departments so as to identify the needs of the primary users. The availability of the stocks whether is of drugs or of medical equipments is identified so as to fulfil the requirements of the market as there is a need that demand meets the supply. After that the purchasing process is done through the intervention of the manufacturer, wholesaler and the retailers which are wholly called up as the vendors.
