As an Administrator of this health care facility I would assess the situation provided to see where the system break down is and assess how to proceed to fix the problem. The first step would be to meet with the manager that oversees Jackie to see if they are aware of the situation and what may be going on with Jackie. I would than want the leader and maybe myself to have a meeting with Jackie to find out a few things:

1. Why are the meetings not taking place regularly, as this is a requirement?

2. Why are the required attendees not attending, do we need to get their supervisors involved?

3. Why is Jackie avoiding Kyle? Is there an issue?

4. Addressing her dress code and supervisor to employee relationships.

After having this conversation with Jackie would give me a better perspective on where we would need to go to fix this system.

I would than possibly have a meeting with all the supervisors and lay out the expectations of this meeting and what I expect from them as leaders to make sure their staff are completing the tasks they are required to complete.

The office hierarchy, the administrator of the facility wants to speak with the manager of Jackie to have a clear picture on what is really going on, to get to the root of the situation.

Leadership is also present, the administrator is showing leadership by telling people what she is going to do to resolve this situation.

Open conversation is another important resource.

Askingthe right questions, if you talk for a long time but are not asking the correct questions is just a waste of time.

Management has to get involved if you want any organization change, they need to show the way the organization needs to go, on this case seems that Jackie is strugling with some issues, saddly I dont think I have the full study case.

I need to know what kind of meetings were suppose to be taking place, what`s Jackie`s position on the organization and who is her team.

Also, who is Kyle, what is his working relationship with Jackie?

What is the current dress code of the hospital and how is Jackie dressing?
