Imagine you are a management consultant. You have been hired by the company you chose at the beginning of the session to analyze their communications and leadership. You have been asked to submit a final report to the executive team with your findings including the following:
A description of the company’s communication structure and identify ways that culture has influenced the structure.
A discussion of the barriers to communication that may arise when leading diverse teams. Identify specific methods for overcoming those barriers and develop a high performing team.
An analysis of the various leadership styles and different types of leaders.
An assessment of the level of trust in the organization and make recommendations for improvement.
Recommendations for motivating the workforce that are clearly based on motivational theory.

John Hamm notes that effective communication is a leader’s most essential tool for executing the essential job of leadership; inspiring organisational members to take responsibility for creating a better future.
Effectivecommunication skills contribute to inspirational leadership. Effective communication is frequently a criterion for being promoted to a leadership position.
Six principles are needed to persuasion:
1)Liking: people like those who like them
2)Reciprocity: People repay in kind.
3)Social Proof: People follow the lead of similar others.
4) Consistency: People align with their clear commitments.
5)Authority: People Defer to Experts.
6)Scarcity: People want more of what they can have less of.
I have selected the microsoft company:
Microsoft is a public holding company having severn segment in operations. It was founded by Bill Gats and Paul Allen on April 4, 1975.
The organisaitonal structure of microsoft was functional,and 2010, microsoft has adivisional organisaiton. Each diviosns, of product group focuse on specific line of goods and services.
Each group contain number of employee under them.
Microsoft is headed with CEO called Satya Narayana Nadella and the chairman is Bill Gates.
And they have directors, treasures.
The new CEO called Satya Narayana have made some changes in organisational stuctures removing some senior executives and company is shifting internal teams because Microsoft company need the changes will help it build at a faster pace, and improve super quality.
Now Terry, erry Myerson, formerly the head of the company’s operating system work, Taking up new responsibilities in the new structure. His new unit called the “Windows and Devices Group” that combines Microsoft’s Windows work, and its hardware.
Satya Narayana Nadella leadership style is Democratic.
