Agukr and critical chain project management both are methodologies for project management. These projects focus on providing framwork starting fr concrptico of idea to implementation.

Agile was designed to for the projects of technical industries. it focuses on easy turnaround with great speed and accomodate the ability to adapt with the changing parameters through out the timespan of project. the biggest advantage is that it focuses on people and collaboration within the team. it nor only gives productivity but also has scope of great innovation and creativity. it creates unique solutions.

on the other hand the critical chain PM focuses on resource issues not like Agile which focuses maimly on task and schedule. the CCPM is mostly suitable for projects where team members have flexible skill set with a lot of crossover. it starts with setting up chain of core elements known as critical path and then estimate s milestones and completion date.
