Explanation / Answer
Topic 1
Having worked in a group has always brought better results in terms of effective brain storming and allocation of tasks for better results. Thus will mostly prefer working as a team than alone.
Example of a team work that has been an achievement in itself was a project that was asked to be done a week prior to the final exam based on virtual library managenman system to be designed in vizual basics and DBMS.
The time constraint almost ruined the confidence that we would not have been able to make it to the end.
However the shared effort of each individual of the team alongwith their unique skills contribution made it count and paid for. One who is good at documentation , one who is good at coding , one who added to the ideas made it all wrap up early and real good scores.
However on the contrary , an example of a task that could be berrbe done alone than a team, was that of an office work , that created a mess due to too much interference.
It was a volume based work of creation of candiadtes records from the yester years to bridge the pendency. However people had to oppose to the idea. Some were against the backlog work. However it was necessary and had to be done anyway as it was an ask by the management, but the useless controversy made it delayed and more difficult to achieve.
Topic 2
Seven step framework :
At the end of the day what makes a leader successful is the capacity of problem solving
The seven steps to be named as in the identification, analyzing, description, root cause investigation, developing alternate solution, implement decision, measure the result .
This structure is a finite key to the success of any project at hand if carried out without flaw.
The in depth steps for planning the effective decision usually removed doubts of fallacy occurance. The probability of the errors are abolished.
I personally would like to emphasize on the problem analysis identifying the root cause and devepdevelo of the alternative idea as a backup in store in case plan A fails so as to be able to have the process smooth and up and running without hindrance and also test trial the outcomes before actual implementation in order to be on the safer side
