Explain what you think is likely to happen as the middle class declines in the developed world. Discuss the rise of the middle class in the developing world and why that is that important. Also explain what it will take to be a part of the middle class in the future.

Discuss what is happening in Europe. Explain how Europe ca keep up with the United States and the rest of the world. Describe some of the demographic changes that are happening in Europe that will make this more difficult.

1. Middle class declines in the developed world giving rise to more of rich class. Middle class contributes more to the GDP of a company as they are the larger sections and have a lot of impact on the economic aspects of a coutry. I think the most likely scenarios to happen when middle class declines in the developed world is:

Give rise to more rich class- When in a developed world the middle class declines or the size of the middle class reduces it will give rise to more of rich class because it is a developed nation.

Standard of living increases- the standard of living in the country increases as there are a lot of rich class and they will use and live in a more standardised way where they would not use anything of inferior quality.The pay and salaries will be high and the living standard increaes.

Poor becomes more poor- When the middle class existed there was some kind of gap between the rich an the poor and when the middle class declines the gap gets more drastic which will lead the life of the poor to be more poor and difficult live.

2.Rise of middle class in the developing world.

Developing nations usually are on the way to get developed and do that through improvements in tertiary secondary and primary sectors.For that they use either capital intensive or labour intensive resource, because they are just developing the chances are that they use labour intensive techniques to intiate growth which will ultimately lead to more jobs and more money with people and will make the country more of a middle class dominated nation.

Why is it important: For a country to develop it basically needs its citizens to improve their living conditions and standard and this will be very important to decline the majority class of poor to middle class. Because true development of a nation comes when the pupils condition get better.therefore it is very important to have a decline in the poor or below middle class to middle class.
