Pizza Hut is online business initiative that produces hundreds of millions of dollars in annual revenue. Specific emphasis is placed on Pizza Hut’s multichannel marketing approach to creating a unique customer experience and customer engagement platform.

Pizza hut is one of the top pizza business restaurants. It has effectively utilosed the mobile technology for its leverage but still there are scope for further benefits.

The company was pretty interactive website. It clearly states a store locator icon and then has several tabs for various dishes and finally a tab for placing an order. The items ate carefully categorised under various sections such as Pizza, sides, meals etc which makes it easy for the user to just click the tab for the desired item and place the order. Each section vividly explains the type and ingredients used as well as price. There is an option of either store dine in or takeaway.

There are some basic recommendations to improve the experience:

1) There should be an option for creating an order for delivery at a later time. This simplifies the order process. If there is any occassion one simply does not need to wait and place the order , scheduled delivery would bring the Pizza .

2)There should be an option to create the order when the restaurant isnt open.

3)The web page should be made more faster to load.

4)The order now tab should be brought more at the middle of the page to attract more attention and more vibrant colors should be used.

5) Also simplification of login/ registration procedure is required. Compared to other sites such as Dominos, it is pretty tedious to find out what field to fill in the registration part.
