Study. His Word tells us Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God's will is -His good, pleasing, and perfect will (Romans 12:2 New International Version).
Accepting and responding to God's unconditional love. Jesus set the bar on unconditional love. We are called to love with agape love, unconditional love.
Involvement in supportive relationships. Accountability relationships are especially important for the leader.
