Ans:- Let us take an example of Amazon and I am the CEO of this organisation. Amazon is largest e-commerce website in the world. It offers wide range of products form books to grocery to scientific equipments etc. The company operates in 3 parts:- North America, International and Amazon web services.
I would like to research following problems:-
a). Competitor's analysis in markets like India and China from the likes of Flipkart and Alibaba group.
b). Backward integration in certain segmnets could be done to further reduce the cost of products.
c). The probelms associated with website like customer's logins, suggestions of products etc need to be reviewed.
d). Services provided by sellers need to be reviewed like delivery on time, after sales service etc.
The problem statement would talk about competitor's analysis, sellers's value proposition and diversification needs for company.
