Employees are left on their own in their workplace and they keep learning from their male counterparts and start gaining experience. Thus the workplace acts as a learning ground for the employees. They learn from the experience they gain at their workplace and become experts in their respective fields. It is in the same way, the women are left on the raft alone and they learned from the instructions given by their male counterparts and start gaining experience.
