A portfolio is a collection of records that reflect a person’s accomplishments, experience, skills and attributes. The portfolio also showcases the values, achievements and some of the best experiences gained from previous workplaces. A portfolio is a useful marketing tool for employers for a job role. A portfolio is not a replacement for a resume however it accentuates your talents and abilities required to perform a job.

Personally speaking, after my internship I would use E-portfolio to enable the employers to access my credentials easily over the internet to recruit me for challenging positions that would interest me. I would use portfolios to highlight my achievements, skills and experience that I have gained through the internship. E-Portfolios makes prospective candidates to stand apart from other candidates.
