In the land of free trade, the public does not view all industries as equal. Do you believe that is ethical? Do you believe that some industries are unfairly targeted? Should it be consumers’ choice to partake in products that are not healthy for them, or do those companies have an ethical obligation to protect people? In this assignment, you will choose one (1) industry to write about. Possible industries to research could be tobacco, soda, alcohol, casinos, or candy companies, just to name a few.

Write a one and a half to two (1½ - 2) page paper in which you:

Become an advocate for either the consumer or the industry. Prepare an argument explaining the major reasons why you support either the consumer or the industry.

Explain the role capitalism plays in corporate decision making.

Discuss if you believe it is possible for a company to cater to both its best interest and that of the consumer conjointly or if one always has to prevail. Justify your response.

Alcohol Industry

All the industries have different kinds of items or services that offer consumers the ability to choose your liking. Which is fine because every human being has the freedom to purchase products most preferred. The problem always lies in the culture of excess; all we want to do is consume certain products which in high amounts can undermine our integrity.
Based on excessive consumption of alcohol, drugs and other products which are ethical to continue to maintain the margins that certain industries require.

The companies worldwide are all coordinated by large investments, which are not willing to lose their money betting everything without any insurance. They are released to the market when after the product has been previously studied and analyzed the results  of efficiency. Before moving any letters they are already prepared for that level of government which is to their advantage. The most powerful industries in the world are responsible because the consumer himself believes dependence on their products; they do not think that a person who is in is habilitation unit for alcohol or other drug problems will not continue to use those products. I am sure that these companies expect these people will continue to consume more of these products.

The reason why I defend the consumers is that I am one of them and I think I would do the same care for those who make my business success. My purpose will make an impression on my clients, but not the destruction of their own lives. These issues are difficult to analyze because itis not just the fault of the supplier but also the government has much influence.

Everyone knows that the big capitalism is the political which is not a secret for the citizens. They need to have control over the whole economic system because every department in the government take advance from the huge industries, making certain rules that they need to comply and also paying millionaire taxes. However these companies have to recover their obligations, so because of that on many occasions, they abuse the customers.

Basically, the role played by capitalism in all companies is simple and is called control, the only thing the government wants is to have control of all citizens not only businessmen but also of its users. Unfortunately, cruel capitalists only seek to take advantage of big business but they also want to take advantage of all that they can.“Capitalism is not as bad as many of us see it, the problem is that the rules are so greedy that they just want the money and power toa few companies.” (Harvard Business School 2009)

Most of the corporations are public entities which are all under the government policy control, that is why always the capital of the riches tends to grow and also the power, but the poverty is still the same. In this capitalist world, the money and the power continue to dominate.

The government has a lot of entities who help the citizens and the immigrants also, I do not want blame, anybody, because this country has a good thing too. Unfortunately, some companies are so selfish and they only think in their benefits but this is all greed creative, the thirsty for money.
