Mission and vision are some of the most important part of the organisation as that define the overall ideology of doing the business for the specific organisation. If the organisation has a broad vision then definitely they got success in the specific market segment.
A fine example for the specific success of mission and vision is Disney, Disney has been always the family company and had made materials as well as programs for families and kids. New Vision of Disney directly focuses on providing the best in the class family entertainment which is very necessary for each and every segment in which Disney does its business.
In the early vision Disney was focusing on creating environment for keeping people happy but in this specific Disney has been more determined to provide Quality Services as well as profession of the best in class memory services to the families. By having a positive approach towards change and introducing new platforms, busniess focuses on creating wide availability of the different platforms for gathering and capturing the overall customer base.
More , disney is focusing on global area rather than centralising it to some specific region. By globalising the industry, disney is definitely creating a change and this is one of the biggest changes from the previous result . By having involvement of many of the students in their program, they are also increasing the level of understanding of the company towards the different societies.
If I would have been leader of a governmental organisation, making mission and vision statement part of daily life good progress by implementation of a strong cultural ethics. Designing the mission and vision statement according to the availability of diversity as well as operability would be the most appropriate way of implementing a specific statement into the daily life of employees. Strong code of conduct inside your organisation as well as provision of ethical working environment and implementation of the open book structure would be the most appropriate way of implementation of my vision statement that could be for the use for benefit of the organisation as well as to create a more intuitive working platform for the employees.
