Answer 1) I bring positive attitude to the workplace because as positive attitude generates positive energy at workplace and it becomes easier for a person to achieve its daily goals at workplace.

Answer 2) The people generally have negative attitude in my workplace which generally results in decreased performance and creates lot of stress for the people working in the team.

Answer 3) I wish to work on "help co-workers with their jobs" and "Search for solutions, don't just ignore them"

Answer 4) (a) Help co-workers with their jobs: I would like to help my co-workers in understanding the process and procedures of the organization. I will help them in understanding the work required to do on daily basis. It will create a sense of unity in the team and promote positive attitude in the team.

(b) Search for solutions, don't just ignore them: I would like to resolve problems instead of ignoring them, if i found any kind of conflict among team members; i would like to resolve it instead of just ignoring it. I will talk to both the person involved in the conflict and try to convince both of them. It will create positivity in the team.
