Question

Shopping Habits (including gifts to others and/or to self) How do you think about shopping? Share specific experiences Do you tend to shop online or in stores? Why, or why not? When physically shopping, do you like to visit malls, or specific stores better? Why? What do you think would make your shopping experience easier and more enjoyable in stores? What delights and frustrates you when you are searching for and giving gifts? How about when you are purchasing for yourself? What are you wearing now (clothes, shoes, jewelry), and what do you usually wear on a daily basis? (Do you care more about fashion, being comfortable, or do you go for clothes you have easy access to?) How is shopping a part of your daily routine?

Explanation / Answer

Shopping relieves me of tension. When I am stressed from my days job, I prefer to hit the shopping mall. I prefer both. While online gives me the liberty to surf through a lot of clothes and in a small interval of time, in stores I can actually use the cloth and feel it. Malls are a good option for me because it’s not only the clothes that attract me, it is also a good option for me to walk around, have a look at what the mall has to offer. If I can get an AI system, that can understand my shopping requirements based on certain parameters, I'll be relieved off the job of surfing through too many clothes. I get delighted when I find something that I intended to have but wasn't aware of. I feel frustrated when I see the same common things that people gift each other. The same is valid for me too. I am wearing my daily attire, shorts, t-shirt, slippers. According to me fashion is something, in which I am comfortable and in which I look good. Atleast once in a week I hit the shopping mall, whether I buy it or not.
