Spiritual leadership is a process in which one try to influence the followers with his good cause , conduct and natural behavior. He will act for social cause . He will move ahead as per the learnings of God-Jesus . He will devote his activities and thoughts towards noble cause in the society.
I am working in ABC healthcare as admin manager in the state of California . I never feel overburden on me , i take my duties and responsibilities like i am serving the society as per the God's wish. I ready to help people beyond the rules of my hospital. I take decisions based on humanitarian ground first then i manage the hospital's objectives. I respect patients and worship for their wellbeing.
I believe on my team and give full freedom to them so as to help and assist people in case of any emergency at workplace . As a team , we propogate positive energy which creates a good environment for us.
