Collaboration is defined in simple words as the action of working with someone who produced something. However, in economic environment the term has began to mean what was aptly described by the proverb United we stand divided we fall. every organisation understand the absolute need for cooperation and collaboration to enable knowledge sharing across the organisation to enhance ability to form productive relationships within which of Beyond natural work groups. I can utilise communication within the college to collaborate with all relevant connections and create network of faculty seniors as well as classmates, which would be a major strength. I would further ensure that I am able to use the connections to improve my talents and skills in order to enhance my employment scope, thereby obtaining better job opportunities. Adequate collaboration and networking with the right connections shall help to overcome the weaknesses of selecting a wrong major or threat of a college which may not have the right faculty or environment. it shall provide adequate information to make the right choices and decisions at every stage while ensuring better job opportunities and aquarium with adequate future growth.
