Social media has the power to amplify any situation to the magnitude that can hamper the business operations hence it is important to monitor the social media activity closely and prevent any activity that can hamper the profitability of the business.
Any conversation on the social media regarding the managers are the board of directors should be avoided or else the employees will have to face severe consequence.
Any conversations on the social media by the employees of the organisation regarding the features of the product sold by the company that can have a negative impact on the reputation of organisation shall be prohibited.
As Twitter as the ability to magnify the negative as well as positive side of any business. Utmost care should be taken while promoting a new product or launching a product on the social media platforms.
Conversations on private group created by the employees of company should also be prohibited.
