Each prompt requires that you take a position on a topic and support that position with specific evidence, such as personal experience (observations, details). A good response should demonstrate an ability to articulate a clear position on a topic, organize information, sustain a discussion for several focused paragraphs, support claims with specific evidence, and express ideas clearly. It should have three supporting thesis statements

1. Given the poor performance of many teenage drivers, explain whether or not the legal driving age should be raised to eighteen.

Explanation / Answer

1. The issue here is quite an important issue that the US experiences because the legal driving age in US varies based on the same and on an average it is 16 years although in some states there it is 14 years and 6 months and in some there is 17 years as well. I believe that there has been a lot of performance issue regarding teenage drivers and the issue is quite serious which has raised questions regarding the increase of the legal driving age of an individual. I consider this is a good solution to this problem rather I would first like to remove the age differences based on states and constitute a federal law for the same which will ensure that the age is fixed for all the states and even it is not 18 for all but it should be equal as this will get rid of confusions that are created.

I am not sure if increasing the legal driving age will actually help making performance better instead I believe that bmaking the parameters more strict to wualify the test will definitely help. The tests should be such that it tests the mental maturity of the individual while driving and how the individual tackles the same in that context. If the individual is effective enough, then I believe that there the performance issue may actually get resolved as experienced.
