For making a new court structure I will follow the structure of United States of America and make the new structure on the basis of the same platform available at United States of America.

It would include three step structure for court and regulations.

Executive

Executive branch can be defined as the branch required for president of United States. Vice president and other members of cabinet are also part of this is specific branch and this branch is responsible for enforcing the legislation which is created by the legislative branch of the government. This branch is responsible for general as well as daily implementation of the specific laws made by legislative branch of the government.

Legislative branch

It is made up of the house of representative as well as the Senate. These two bodies together form the Congress and becomes the only Federal government branch that can enact the laws as well as raise an appropriate funds, declaration of bar as well as impeachment of officials including president. Both of the Chambers inside the Congress are result of direct election by the public.
