please answer this question from my discussion, this is a response from a peer. Thank you for your post and sharing your perspective. You touched an interesting aspect of this discussion when you stated, " millennials are especially prone and vulnerable to an unpleasant on-boarding experience." While I can agree with this statement, you have now touched upon an ever growing dynamic of our workforce which are multi-generational work enviornments. Based on your experiences and/or observations, what do you think can be done to ensure the on-boarding process is one that can meet the needs of the various generations in the workplace?

One can collect information during the selection process about the expectations of the candidates regarding the on boarding process. The information can be grouped on basis of generations . Based on this information , on - boarding process for various generations can be designed accordingly. After the on boarding process, feedback can be collected on the process and basis the feedback, on boarding process can further be improved
