Read all chapters for the SWL case so you can get an idea how the case will develop. In the book this is pages 44-46, 88-94, 132-134,182-195, 238-245, 274-281, 329-330, 379-395, 442-445, 493-496, 548-554, 609-612. I don't expect you to know the case in detail, but you do need to get a general idea of what will happen and who the players are. To demonstrate that you have read the case, make an organizational chart in Visio with all players mentioned throughout the case (except for outside consultants or vendors). Start a Project file with tasks that you identify in chapters 1 and 2. Make sure to use dependencies if there are any. Finally, use the Word document to start tracking all forms, reports, data items, and data flows mentioned in chapters 1 and 2. We will continuously update the Project file and the Word file as we progress through the system. Deliverables are the completed organizational chart for the case, and the Word document and Project file for chapters 1 and 2
