This organization participated in resource leveling. Resource leveling is created for the purpose of leveling out the resources so that no one is over allocated. In addition resource leveling pushes the schedule to be examined as you notice that people are not going to be able to work 16+ hours a day in order to keep the project on track. Resource leveling make the use of available resources and compare them with the demands of ongoing process. Resource leveling tries to allocate resources effectively and because of this projects gets delay while other projects are completed.So which results this is not feasible.By the use of resource leveling it takes a long time to complete a specific task.It assure that money and man power are available for the all types of tasks but it can affect your critical path.If a task gets delayed it affects on critical path and because of this projects gets overdue and make everyone unhappy.There are two main types of resource leveling.It can help project manager to resolve the overallocations by delaying the tasks.Resource modeling is therefore mainly concerned with non-consumable resources with an important caveat. It should never be assumed that the quantity of resources deployed and the task duration are inversely related.
