The leadership is essential to keep the employees fully engaged in the commitment and the desire to create innovative environment (Cashman, 2013). The leader should ensure that the management in the different levels shares the company’s vision. I believe in the power of positive work environment, which could be achieved through effective management and well-motivated knowledgeable employees. Therefore, it is important for the manager to be closer to the employees and their work responsibilities, understand what challenges and strengths the employees face in order to follow the company’s mission.

In my former job, miscommunication was the biggest weakness of the company in the beginning. The manager of the company implemented the following steps. First, the employees were encouraged to raise their voice and share ideas. The manager repeated constantly that there were not stupid questions or ideas. Second, the company created one data- base, which was accessible to all employees. We could add folders with our projects, information about investment, everything that could help others to know more about the company and be able to learn what information is missed and what project would be great to work on. That method led to trust, empowered the work force and fostered new ideas in the company (Prather, 2010). Third, we had free time to work on the projects we were interested in. Also, we did not hesitate to request the management for training on specific theme, which could help us to implement our ideas. The management was very supportive. Forth, the employees got recognition and financial rewards from the top management (Adair, 2009). Likewise, the employees received the bonuses based on the performance by the end of each year. I believe this strategy helped the company to foster innovation.

Yes, i agree with that,  a good leadership makes a group together for work and  motivates  the group approaching  the desired goals.  In this case, manager having a good leadership qualities and at the same time allowing  to performing the groups independently,Seeman 1960 stated that Manager were expected the goals to be achieved by his/her members freely under his/her direct supervision.  Success of leadership  will be dependent with his/her team members cooperation, if the members of team are not cooperated with manager  properly leadership gets failed.

Burns (1978)  stated that  Leader should give  transformation change for the members  of the team, keep the attitude of high interest showing on the team members performance.
