Explanation / Answer

Solution :

1) The cultural value that the visual evokes is Love and harmony . The visual reinforces these values . The man in the video is helping others without expecting anything in return . This selfless act of him is changing other's lives and in return to his act of kindness to others he is only receiving emotions in the form of happiniess in people whom he is helping . The happiness he finds in other people because of his act of kindness is strengthened in the visual .

2) By seeing the visual the person may develop an emotion of helping other in a selfless manner . Also an emotion to love and help others may be evoked after seeing the video .

3) The text is composed in a manner that draws attention to the fact that the person in the video is helping others without expecting anything back in return . The opening text starts with the phrase " let me help " which highlights the kind nature of the person and the text goes on to say that " what does he get in return" " for doing this everyday " which draws attention to the fact that the person is doing this everyday and he expects nothing in return .

4) In the video , the foreground consists of the man and the people he is helping i.e the small girl , a push cart vendor , a dog , old lady in the apartment , a small plant kept in the pot , lady standing in the bus etc . The background consists of city life teeming with activity , where business is going as usual , like the optical vendor who is observing the kind man or the street food vendor who witnesses the man's kindness everyday .
