Leadership communication styles do influence creativity and innovation. The leadership of an organization sets the standard and the direction of an organization. When the leadership itself sets the standard of being resistant then the organization follows suite. Far too often, companies become stagnant and this stunts creativity and innovation. This is where leadership communications styles come in to play. The leadership has to be able to clearly communicate the goals of the organizations and then support and empower everyone else to achieve those goals.

Leadership communication styles do influence Creativity and Innovation.The Leader of an organisation sets the standard and the direction of an organisation. They have basic qualities like Future Vision, Creativity, Ability to understand & inspire people, openness & good communication skills. They support, inspire & encourage everyone in the team & even those in their vicinity to exert & achieve the goals.
