Workers may not actually intend to act unethically. People typically have differing opinions on what qualifies as unethical behavior. After reading about how to encourage ethical decision making, develop a plan for training individuals on ethical behavior and decision making. In the plan, be sure to include the following: Discussion of behaviors or actions that you think should be avoided in the workplace. Include objectives or outcomes of the training. Steps employees could take to avoid those behaviors. Suggestions for how employees should deal with the unethical behavior of others as well as how employee’s ethical decisions promote social responsibility.

while people are at work place, they only should speaks about work and work related issues only. they should not put personal priorities at the work place, and it leads to many problems at the work place. and respect the others, dont think always that you are only correct and the remaining are not. maintain positive relations among the workers is the required one.
if the interpersonal relations are good, then the chances to problems are very few or less. if one knows that he is taken right decision with correct objectives and the majority of the others also should accept for it. when we taken correct decisons, then our peers and others also will be stands with us. our organisation is going to be benefited with these kind of decisions. the benefits are going to be enjoy all the employees as well.
if our decisons are wrong, every one oppose or reject them. no one will stand with us, even the organisation is going to pay huge amount as damage. it leads to loss of the brand name of the firm and because of this the firm is going to be get losses. majority of the employees are going to be fired with these kind of decisions.
so, taking ethical decisons are manadatory to an individual or even to a firm also.
