Question
You are to design an interview script for a third party to carry out. The audience will be high school children interested in becoming pilots. Interviews are expected to last 15 minutes and determine their background, career goals, and types of aircraft they would ultimately like to fly. This data is to be presented to the airlines so they may focus their marketing efforts. Design and justify an interview script, justifying what and why items are, or more importantly, are not included. Summarize how this data can be presented. Prepare a formal (APA) style report.

Interview Justification
Being a pilot is always a childhood ambition to several young people across the world since the work is perceived as white color job. In an interview to student, it is important to identify the right students who have the passion of becoming pilots. This interview serves to identify those interested students and will gauge their academic levels.
Through this interview, the company will be able to get responses from students about the popularity of the airline; as stated in this interview, students will say how they knew the company as well if they prefer to work in this company or not. The interview will as well illustrate how best the company is known to the young generation; from this perspective, a company will be able to develop specific mechanisms that will see its image improved in the eyes of the young people; after all young people are the future generation. This interview does not dwell to a company profile but is rather audience oriented.
To enhance credibility, the interview should be administered orally and a face to face with each individual audience. The interviewer should not emphasis on the specific element that are specified here but rather develop series of questions in line with the audience’s answer; this interview is only a guide.
