He/she has an obligation to strive for impartiality, fairness and objectivity in the treatment of people and consideration of issues. He makes fair and just decisons that are for the interest of the people. Besides that, the person advocates for fair and equitably administred processes.
As per the stated case, a student blames professor Mrs. March little for grading irregularities. The student soughts ombudsmen's assistance for resolving the matter. However, the student was unaware that March little was ombudsmen's wife. In such a situation, the ombudsmen, Peter Little would make fair and just decision irrespective of any personal relations.
