c) Conduct sensitivity analysis on at least two parameters. For what rang of values of each of these parameters the optimal decision remains unchanged? You should use Excel tools like Goal Seek, Data Table, and Scenario Manager.

Explanation / Answer

a. the decision was taken related to the working hours of the college. earlier it was from 9 AM to 4:30 PM, but once i joined there and i convinced the management to change the times to 9 to 4 PM. the remaining time can be used for the entertainment of the students.

if the students are sitting in the class rooms hours together, there wont be any benefit to them and it may not give any positive outcome to them. they need some time for refreshment and then they can relax with these kind of activities.
